Terms for using SetRoster.
These terms set expectations for a professional recordkeeping tool that works without a SetRoster account or hosted client service.
Effective July 19, 20261. Agreement
By downloading or using SetRoster, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose and license
SetRoster grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful coaching and training-record purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules.
3. Professional judgment
SetRoster organizes information you provide. It does not prescribe treatment, diagnose conditions, replace professional judgment, or guarantee training outcomes. You are responsible for exercise selection, load decisions, client screening, informed consent, and emergency procedures.
4. Client information and acceptable use
You must have permission and a lawful reason to record client information. Do not use SetRoster to violate privacy, intellectual-property, employment, consumer-protection, or health-data laws. You are responsible for device security and for content you enter, export, or share.
5. Free and paid access
The free plan supports one active client. Paid access may include monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Exact prices, currencies, eligibility, and introductory offers are displayed by Apple before purchase.
6. Subscriptions and introductory offers
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. An eligible subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings. A 14-day introductory trial, where offered and eligible, converts to the selected paid subscription unless canceled. A lifetime purchase is not a subscription and has no trial period.
7. Restoring purchases and refunds
You can use Restore Purchases in the app for eligible App Store purchases. Apple controls billing and refund decisions; request a refund through Apple’s support channels.
8. Your data and backups
You retain responsibility for your records. SetRoster provides export and backup tools, but no storage system is guaranteed against device loss, deletion, file corruption, or service interruption. Keep appropriate backups and verify important exports.
9. Availability and changes
Features may change to improve safety, compatibility, or usefulness. The app may be temporarily unavailable because of Apple services, operating-system changes, maintenance, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetRoster is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular training decision. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
